What we do?

The Girls Brigade company is split into different sections:

• Explorers - For ages 5-8 years
• Juniors - For ages 8-11 years
• Seniors - For ages 11-14 years
• Brigaders - For ages 11-18 years

Each girl completes a set programme within her section that is set at the begining of each school year by the captain. They have a year to complete each programme which consists of four areas:

• physical section;
• social section;
• spiritaul section; and an
• educational section.

At the end of section the girls are assessed and recieve a litle badge with the appropriate colour for her uniform. When all four coloured badges have gained, the girl receives a permenant overall badge for her uniform.

The Badge system:

Spiritual = White
Physical = Blue
Educational = Yellow
Service = Red
